By creating an account or subscribing, you will enjoy a faster checkout process and exclusive updates from Étáin. Kindly ensure that the details you provide are accurate and current. Rest assured, all personal information is handled with the highest respect for your privacy.

Order Processing
Please note that we do not accept reservations for our pieces.
Étáin reserves the right to decline an order in the event of incomplete payment validation, discrepancies in account details, or product unavailability due to system errors. In such cases, your payment will be refunded in full.

Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are listed in IDR. Prices may be adjusted without prior notice.

Product Presentation
We take great care to represent our collections with precision. However, due to variations in screen displays, colors may appear slightly different in real life.

Payment & Confirmation
* Payment must be completed within 12 hours of checkout.

* An invoice will be sent to your email with order details.

* For payments made via bank transfer, confirmation is required through our website or Customer Service. Please keep your order ID for reference.

* Payments made by credit card or virtual account do not require additional confirmation.

* Orders that are not paid within the timeframe will automatically expire, and availability cannot be guaranteed upon reordering.


Returns & Exchanges
* Étáin does not provide pick-up services for returns or exchanges.

* Items must be returned new, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached, in the original packaging.

* Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

All content featured on the Étáin website — including images, designs, text, logos, software, and code — is the property of Étáin. Reproduction, modification, distribution, or use of any content for commercial purposes without prior consent is strictly prohibited.
